How to add questions (selection criteria) to a request's questionnaire in the 360 internal portal

The power of 360 rests in two parts:

  1. The online public portal where providers of goods and services complete a questionnaire (tender their responses)
  2. The online internal portal where the responses are assessed, and the best offer (best value for money) is identified

The providers respond to questions - selection criteria.  The request manager must identify the importance of each question - its relative weight.

Step-by-step guide

To add questions to a request:

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Request Manager
  2. From the main menu, click Requests
  3. If using the new look: 
    1. Click Drafts
    2. Click Configure against the desired request
    3. Click either:
      1. Request Info (Old Look)
        1. Click on the desired section in the top menu
      2. Request Dashboard (New Look)
        1. Click Questionnaire
        2. Click View Questions against the desired Section
  4. If using the old look:
    1. Select the request from the list
    2. Click on the desired section in the top menu
  5. Click Add to add a question to the end of the section
  6. Enter the Question
  7. Select an option for Weighted Question?

    1. You don't have to decide the weight at this point.  Enter 0 for the Relative Weight and adjust the weights later.

    2. Specify the Scoring Options:

      1. Use Default: Use the default labels that are set while adding this request
      2. Tailored for this Question: Modify the default labels and choose new labels tailored to this question

        Note

         if the Scoring Options are not available, a new request will need to be created with the Scoring Options option set to Labels (tailored for each question).

  8. Decide the configuration options such as:
    1. Allow response?
    2. Response Type
  9. Select at least one option from the Statement List (not applicable for a table, price list or multi-response types) 

  10. Enter any Help Tips for:
    1. Response
    2. Statements or multi-select options
    3. Outgoing document
    4. Incoming document

      Help tips are optional. The entered text will be displayed in a little help icon   in Provider's Portal.

  11. Click Add


If the request does not have Section Required selected, all questions will be listed in a single section called The Evaluation.
