How to create a new request from a template in 360
Quite often, the same procurement requirements are needed again and again. For example, road repairs are required after each heavy rain. 360 offers a fast way to copy a request with a new name.
Using a template is the same as copying a request, but the Boss configures templates.
Step-by-step guide
To create a new request from a template
Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/
From the main menu, click Requests
If using the new look:
Click Templates (to create a New Request)
Click Create New Request (from this template) against the desired template
If using the old look:
Click on the desired template to open it (templates are at the top of the list)
Click Create New Request From This Template
If available, select the Destination Account's Boss and enter their password (allows using the template to create a request in another account)
Enter the new request details:
New Request Name
Closing Date
Closing Time
Click Copy
At this point, you have successfully created a new request from a template.
Templates can also be copied. It is a good idea to test your templates in the Sandpit Account and then copy them into production.
