How to edit staff (user) details or change their password in the 360 internal portal
360 is designed so the Boss can perform administrative functions for their team.
Step-by-step guide
To edit User details:
- Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Boss User
- From the main-menu, Click Settings
- Click Staff and Contractors
- Click Edit against the desired user to edit their record
- Alter any or all of their details
- Configure the roles by following the steps in How to assign permissions (roles) to staff (users) in the 360 internal portal
- Click Save
At this point, you have successfully updated the User details
Please note:
- Only the Boss can manage users
