How to edit staff (user) details or change their password in the 360 internal portal

360 is designed so the Boss can perform administrative functions for their team.

Step-by-step guide

To edit User details:

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Boss User
  2. From the main-menu, Click Settings
  3. Click Staff and Contractors
  4. Click Edit against the desired user to edit their record
  5. Alter any or all of their details 
  6. Configure the roles by following the steps in How to assign permissions (roles) to staff (users) in the 360 internal portal
  7. Click Save

At this point, you have successfully updated the User details


Please note:

  • Only the Boss can manage users
