How to reuse a response from a similar question in 360 public portal

It is common for every approach to market to include the same standard questions such as: Name, Address, Insurance Cover, Company Size, Workplace Health & Safety Policy, etc.

360 provides 2 methods of including standard questions:

  1. The Respondent page
  2. Reusable questions and the Use Previous Response button

This article describes how a provider can select a previous response to a similar question.

Step-by-step guide

To reuse a previous response:

  1. Sign-in to https://360providers.apetsoftware.com.au/
  2. If using the new look:
    1. From the main-menu, click Your Requests
    2. Either:
      1. If the request is being promoted by the buyer, click Advertised
      2. If the request is not closed or invitation-only, click Open
    3. Click More Details
  3. If using the old look:
    1. Select the request from the list
  4. Click  View Questionnaire & Documents
  5. Start or continue responding to the questionnaire
  6. Click on Use Previous Response
    This button will be displayed if a similar question has been answered previously by the provider
  7. Select the Details and/or Attachments to be copied
  8. Click Copy
  9. Click Save or Save & Next to save your response

Please note:

  • Use Previous Response will only be available if the Request Manager has correlated questions and a previous answer is available
  • The responses are copied so changes to one response has no effect on the related responses
  • It is important to check that the copied response is appropriate for the question being responded to
