How to withdraw a published request (ATM, RFT, RFQ, RFx) in 360
Sometimes errors occur resulting in approaches to market being released in error.
Step-by-step guide
To withdraw a request:
- Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Request Manager
- From the main menu, click Requests
- If using the new look:
- Click Open / Pending / In Late Submission Period
- Click Manage against the desired request
- From the actions menu, click Withdraw Request
- If using the old look:
- Select the request from the list
- Click Withdraw
Type 'withdraw' in a text-box
Note:
Make sure you're withdrawing the correct request because this action cannot be undone without technical support and
the "fixing data entered erroneously" fee will apply to recover deleted responses.- Click Confirm
Once withdrawn, the providers that were registered for this request will be notified and their responses deleted.
Releasing a request in prematurely and withdrawing it may give some providers an unfair advantage once the request is re-published
