It is quite common for request managers to prepare their questions and sections outside of 360 within an Excel spreadsheet. - Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Request Manager
- From the main menu, click on Requests
- Click Import Request
- Prepare your import file by:
- Downloading the Example Import file
- Replacing its contents to suit your request
- Click Choose File, and upload the prepared file
- Optionally, select the request (if adding more questions into an existing request)
- Click Import
