Tip

Some approaches to market (especially panel memberships) will receive many submissions for some sections and not-so-many for others.  For example, an panel registration for "Trades" may have received submissions from 20 plumbers but only 3 electricians.

For this scenario, 360 has withdrawable sections and questions where (extending the example) the job request manager can withdraw the "Plumbers" section and keep the "Electricians" section open.

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Job Request Manager
  2. From the main menu, click JobsRequests
  3. If using the new look:
    1. Click Open / Pending / In Late Submission Period
    2. Click Manage against the desired request
  4. If using the old look: 
    1. Select the
    job
    1. request from the list
  5. Either:
    1. Click on the

  8. Enter the Except if details:
    1. Enter Question ID of the gateway question
    2. Select either:
      1. has response of (withdrawable)
      2. multi-selection includes (withdrawable)
    3. Select or enter the value that will make the section (or question)
  9. Publish the jobrequest

To withdraw (or reinstate) a withdrawable section or question:

  1. Navigate to the sections (or questions) list (as above)
  2. Click on Withdraw or Reinstate
  3. Either:
    1. Click on the

  • Hidden questions are only available when the Allow Hidden Sections/Questions system setting is selected
  • Submissions for withdrawn questions and sections may still be received because some providers may have answered the gateway question prior to the section (or question) being withdrawn
