To accept an incomplete submission

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as Boss
  2. From the main-menu, Click Requests
  3. If using the new look:
    1. Click Closed / Awaiting Finalisation
    2. Click on Manage against the desired request
    3. Click Request Dashboard (New Look)
    4. Click Participants
  4. If using the old look:
  5. Select the desired request from the list that is released and closed
  6.   7. Click Accept Late Submission
  8. a Request Manager
  9. Find the request via the Requests lists
  10. Navigate via the Request Dashboard to the Participants list
  11. Click Actions → Accept Late Submission against the desired provider
  12. In the pop-up window:
    1. Choose Accept Incomplete Submission option
    2. Specify Audit Reason
    3. Click Save
  13. Contact the provider(s) directly and ask them to:
    1. Go to the Final Step page
    2. Lock & Submit their responses

The request must be closed and its late submission window period closed.

The provider business must submit their incomplete submission (it is not automatic) because 360's promise to providers businesses is that their commercial-in-confidence information will not be shared without their consent.

If a question was not answered, the evaluation team may see entries without content.
