How to accept an incomplete submission

If a respondent failed to submit on time, the procurement directors (Boss) can override the default behaviour and accept the submission as-is.

Step-by-step guide

To accept an incomplete submission

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as a Request Manager
  2. Find the request via the Requests lists
  3. Navigate via the Request Dashboard to the Participants list
  4. Click Actions → Accept Late Submission against the desired provider
  5. In the pop-up window:
    1. Choose Accept Incomplete Submission option
    2. Specify Audit Reason
    3. Click Save
  6. Contact the provider(s) directly and ask them to:
    1. Go to the Final Step
    2. Lock & Submit their responses

The request must be closed and its late submission period closed.

The business must submit their incomplete submission (it is not automatic) because 360's promise to businesses is that their commercial-in-confidence information will not be shared without their consent.

If a question was not answered, the evaluation team may see entries without content.
