- Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as a Request Manager
- Find the request via the Requests lists
- Navigate via the Request Dashboard to the Participants list
- Click Actions → Accept Late Submission against the desired provider
- In the pop-up window:
- Choose Allow Late Submission option
- Specify Late Minutes - enter the number of minutes from now the closing date onward (0-50000 minutese.g. 1,440 minutes to give them an extra day to submit)
- Specify Audit Reason - supply a reason for changing the late tender period
- Click Save
