The 360 providers' portal allows companies to tell 360 which region and industry they work in and be notified when a request is published.

Step-by-step guide

To promote a request so that it is listed on the provider portal's front page and emails are sent to interested providers:

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as a Request Manager or Boss User
  2. From the main menu, Click on Request
  3. If using the new look:
    1. Click Drafts
    2. Click Configure against the request that needs to be promoted
  4. If using the old look: 
    1. Select the desired request from the list
  5. Click on the Promotions tab
    If the Promotions tab is not visible at the top menu:
    1. Click Request Info tab
    2. Click Edit
    3. Set Promote by Region and Industry? to Yes
    4. Click Update
  6. Select the desired Regions and Industries
  7. Click Update

When the request is released, an email will be sent to all the providers who have chosen to be notified for selected region or industry

Note

Emails will not be sent to the providers who have selected Allow 360 to send emails to me? option to No on the Preferences page in providers' portal.


Promoted request is a feature is only available to Adcom account holders and is only available before a request is published.

Emails will be sent to all providers who have chosen to be notified - one email for each user:

  • If both regions and industries are selected - only those providers who have chosen both one of the selected regions and one of the selected industries will be notified
  • If no region is selected - all providers who chosen one of the selected industries will be notified
