How to create panel contract conditions templates or panel memberships in the 360 internal portal
Use 360 panel contract conditions templates to ensure that obligations for contractors are monitored, updated, and managed efficiently and securely.
Step-by-step guide
To create a new contract template
Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as a Boss or a Contract Manager.
From the main menu, click Contracts
- Click on Principles
- Click New Principles
- Name: (i.e. Contractor Key/Pass Security)
- Principles: (i.e. Details of your organisation's security Principles)
- Heading: (i.e. What title does the contractural clause have within the contract)
- Type:
- Standard Clause: (Clause that does not require an obligation or reminder to be set in 360)
- Deliverable: (A clause with an obligation, i.e. reminding the contractor to do something)
- Recuring Deliverable: (Clause with a deliverable that must recure over the contract period, i.e. sending an itemised invoice every month)
- Performance Review: (A reminder to the contract manager that they are to schedule and complete a performance review)
- Recurring Performance Review: (Recurring reminder to the contract manager that they are to schedule and complete a performance review)
- By default, repeat every: (only applicable for Recuring Deliverables or Reminders)
- Clause: (Copy and paste the contract clause from the contract)
- Click either
- Save (apply to current and future contracts): (use this option if amending existing clauses that are in use)
- Save (apply to future contracts only): (use this option for new clauses)
- Repeat Steps 4 to 5 until you have all the clauses to contract manage panel arrangement effectively.
- Click Panel Management Contract Template
- Click New Contract Template
- Name: Enter the name of your Contract Template, remembering that a single Contract Template could be set for multiple panels)
- Description: (Enter details about Contract Template; i.e. Contract Template can be used Applicable to the Supply of ICT Solutions, Products, Services & New Technologies ...)
- Click Save
- Click Back
- Click More Details: (On the Contract Template you just created in steps 8 & 9)
- Click Clauses tile
- Click Principle
- From the drop-down options, select a Principle you created in steps 4 & 5.
- Review the Clause Details are correct; (Note if they need to be amended; you will have to return to the Principal page; steps 1 to 5)
- Click either
- Save (apply to current and future contracts): (use this option if amending the existing Contract Template that is in use)
- Save (apply to future contracts only): (use this option for the new Contract Template)
- Click Back
- Click New Clause
- Repeat steps 13 to 16 until your Contract Template has all the clauses needed for a panel arrangement.
- Now the Contract Template is completed, it is now available for Panel Managers and Bosses to add to an existing or new Panel arrangement in 360.
Common clauses used in the management of panel arrangements are contractor insurance, i.e. Reminding Contractors of their obligation to provide updated Public Liability Insurance, Worker's Compensation etc.
