How to create a new or edit an existing panel and add providers to it in 360 internal portal

Buyers often like to create a list of pre-qualified providers for invitation-only requests, group communications and managing contractual obligations. 360’s Panels feature allows:

  • Selecting Panel Members en-masse for inclusion on request (for tender)
  • Sending emails to groups of Panel Members 
  • Add contract boilerplate to Panels. (so contractual obligations such as “Must have Workcover insurance” can be managed easily via automated reminders).

Step-by-step guide

To create a new Panel:

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as a Boss or a Panel Manager

  2. From the main menu, click Panels
  3. Click New Panel 
  4. Enter the Panel Information 
    1. Panel Name: (i.e. Engineering - Electrical)  
    2. Shared with members? (If yes, each Member the organisation has access to the shared panels created in this 360 environment)
    3. Contract Template: (If you use 360’s Contract feature, select the desired contract template for the Panel you are making) 
    4. Panel description: (i.e. Electrical engineers design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacture of electrical equipment, such as ....)
    5. Panel management details: (i.e., How was the Panel created, who are the panel/contract managers)
    6. Phone: (i.e. Best contact number for Panel Management enquires). 
    7. Panel opens: (Date that contractors on the Panel are available to your or member organisations to utilise) 
    8. Open for: (Period that the Panel arrangement is in place) 
    9. Notes/Instructions: (i.e. How many contractors are needed for the Panel, what extension options are required etc.).                           
  5. Click Save

To edit an existing panel:

  1. Click on the Search All 
  2. Find the Panel and click More Details 
  3. Click Panel Actions 
  4. Click Edit/Manage Panel 
  5. Click Update

To add providers to a panel:

  1. Click on More Details in the recently added or existing Panel Name
  2. Click Panel Members 
  3. Click Add Member
  4. Select the single or multiple providers from the list

    Provider Is Not Listed?

    Only associated providers are included in the list.

  5. Click Add Selected Provider(s)
