How to add new evaluators (new users) to a request.

When a Request Manager needs to add a new evaluator (new user) account in the 360 internal portal they are able to do this in a request that they manage without requiring the "Boss" role level access.  

Step-by-step guide

To add new evaluators to a request you are managing 

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Request Manager

  2. From the main menu, click Requests

  3. If using the new look:

    1. Click either: 

      1. Drafts

      2. Open / Pending / In Late Submission Period

      3. Closed / Awaiting Finalisation

    2. Click  Configure against the desired request

    3. Click Request Dashboard (New Look)

    4. Click Staff & Contractors

  4. If using the old look: 

    1. Select the request from the list

    2. Click on the  icon 

  5. Click on Staff Actions 
  6. Click Save & Add New Evaluator (bulk entry) 
  7. Add a new team member as an evaluator to this request by entering the user info.
    1. Username
    2. First Name
    3. Last Name
    4. Fax (optional)
    5. Phone
    6. Email
  8. Select if they will be an Evaluator or a Non-Scoring Evaluator. 
  9. Once you have added all your evaluators, you can notify them (via a 360 email) and give them instructions on accessing their accounts by clicking on Staff Actions
  10.  Click Save & Prepare "Evaluators Chosen" Emails. 
  11. Update (if needed) 360's default Email text
  12. Click Save and Send Notification.


  1. It is safe to select and deselect evaluators after the evaluations have started. Deselected evaluators' scores will be ignored - not deleted.

  2. The Boss user can always perform the request manager functions

  3. The Boss user can perform extra functions (such as creating new user Request Manager roles into 360)
