How to add new evaluators (new users) to a request.
When a Request Manager needs to add a new evaluator (new user) account in the 360 internal portal they are able to do this in a request that they manage without requiring the "Boss" role level access.
Step-by-step guide
To add new evaluators to a request you are managing
Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Request Manager
From the main menu, click Requests
If using the new look:
Click either:
Drafts
Open / Pending / In Late Submission Period
Closed / Awaiting Finalisation
Click Configure against the desired request
Click Request Dashboard (New Look)
Click Staff & Contractors
If using the old look:
Select the request from the list
Click on the icon
- Click on Staff Actions
- Click Save & Add New Evaluator (bulk entry)
- Add a new team member as an evaluator to this request by entering the user info.
- Username
- First Name
- Last Name
- Fax (optional)
- Phone
- Select if they will be an Evaluator or a Non-Scoring Evaluator.
- Once you have added all your evaluators, you can notify them (via a 360 email) and give them instructions on accessing their accounts by clicking on Staff Actions
- Click Save & Prepare "Evaluators Chosen" Emails.
- Update (if needed) 360's default Email text
- Click Save and Send Notification.
It is safe to select and deselect evaluators after the evaluations have started. Deselected evaluators' scores will be ignored - not deleted.
The Boss user can always perform the request manager functions
The Boss user can perform extra functions (such as creating new user Request Manager roles into 360)
