How to add your Conflict of Intertest (COI) Policy to 360

360 has functionality that restricts evaluators from seeing respondents' responses if a Conflict of interest is declared.

Step-by-step guide

To add COI Policy and business rules to your Organisation 360 account,

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Boss

  2. From the main menu, click Settings

  3. Click Livery and Public Presentation
  4. Click Add File and upload your organisation's COI Policy
  5. Expand Logo & Files
  6. Assign your organisations COI Policy  to Non-Conflict of Interest Declaration.
  7. Click Save
  8. On the left sidebar options, click More System Settings
  9. Click Evaluation
  10. Under "Conflict of Interest Declaration Required?" Choose either
    1. No - COI Policy is available for Evaluators to download.
    2. Yes - Non-Conflict Confirmation - COI Policy is available for evaluators to download, and 360 stops them from seeing any responses until the declaration is signed vi entering their 360 password.
    3. Yes - Declaration For each respondent - COI Policy is available for evaluators to download, and the evaluator can make a COI Declaration and record notes against each respondent.
      1. Default Conflict of Interest Assessment - Set the default COI assessment status for when an evaluator declares a COI. (Note, Request Managers can change the COI statuses for requests that they manage)
        1. Access TBD - Conflict declared, and the request manager has made no decision - no access for now.
        2. Access Allowed - Conflict was identified, but management controls allow access as if there was no conflict.
        3. Limited Access - Conflict is identified for a specific respondent (or respondents), so no access will be given to their responses - other responses are okay.
        4. No Access - Conflict identified for the request and/or a specific respondent (or respondents) and the user's evaluation access rights have been revoked (note: re-assigning the evaluation access roles will not grant them access; however, they may still have access with another permission right)

simplylogical.net's team recommends that you set Yes - Declaration For each respondent with the default being Access TBC. This will allow your organisation's Request Manager to manage any COIs raised in Requests they are managing actively.
