How to make your buyer's account visible in the public portal

360 allows buyer's accounts can be:

  • Public (providers can browse to find your public requests)
  • Public via a unique URL
  • Both of the above simultaneously
  • Private (only accessible to associated providers)
  • Name-withheld
  • Sandpit

Step-by-step guide

To change the visibility settings for a buyer's account:

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Boss User
  2. From the main-menu, click Settings
  3. Click Livery and Public Presentation
  4. To make the account Public so providers can browse to find your public requests:
    1. Set Is Account Public to Yes
    2. Ensure the Account Name has a value
  5. To make the account name-withheld
    1. Clear the Account Name
  6. To make the account name visible
    1. Set the Account Name to the name of your organisation
  7. To change option of have a unique, public URL:
    1. Set the Account Code
    2. The unique URL will be https://360providers.apetsoftware.com.au/request/open/account-code
  8. To make the account a sandpit account (for testing purposes):
    1. Set Is Sandpit Account? to Yes
  9. To make the account a production account (for real requests):
    1. Set Is Sandpit Account? to No
  10. To make this account stop sending the emails:
    1. Set Send Emails? to No
  11. To change the account logo:
    1. Click Add File
    2. Upload the image file to be used for logo

      The account can have one file for each purpose (plus previous versions that are kept for error recovery purposes)
      To look good, the logo must be 150 x 130 pixels and the SVG file format is best.
      The technical support team can create base templates with your colours and logos - a standard fee applies

  12. Click Save


Please note:

  • Public sandpit accounts are visible to associated providers only
  • The account code must be unique and cannot contain spaces
