How to release (publish) an invitation-only request to the 360 public portal
Requests published in the 360 public portal can either be:
Public - accessible by every company with a 360 account
Private - accessible by invited companies with a 360 account
Public requests can also be promoted so companies can find out about the approach to market without a 360 account (ADCOM extension)
Step-by-step guide
To create a Private Request:
Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Request Manager
From the main menu, click Requests
If using the new look:
Click Drafts
Click Configure
Click either:
Request Info (Old Look)
Request Dashboard (New Look)
Click Providers
If using the old look:
Select the request from the list
Click on the icon
Select providers to add to the list by either option:
Invite Provider
Lists providers that are already associated with the buyer's accountInvite Panellists
Lists providers who have been categorised and pre-qualified by panel managers
Ensure that at least one provider has been selected
Follow instructions How to release (publish) a request to the 360 public portal to publish the request
Once published, each selected provider will receive a notification stating that they have been invited to respond to the request.
Caution
If a request is published prior to its providers being selected, it is public.
Notes:
Providers can be added after a request has been released. Each provider will receive a notification stating that they have been invited to respond to the request.
The ADCOM extensions allow the requests to be promoted by region and Industry. A promoted request is displayed on the public portal ☆ Advertised Requests ☆ page, and interested providers will be notified once the request is released.
Invited providers will be able to see the request along with public requests:
Via the request's unique URL - https://360providers.apetsoftware.com.au/job/(request id)
By browsing to the account's requests list via 360's Public & Your Associated Buyers (New Look) or Switch Accounts (Old Look)
