How to invite providers to respond to an open request
Requests published in the 360 public portal can either be:
- Public - accessible by every company with a 360 account
- Private - accessible by invited companies with a 360 account
If you want to encourage specific providers to respond to a public request, they can be invited after the request has been published.
Step-by-step guide
To create a Private Request:
- Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Request Manager
- From the main menu, click Requests
- If using the old look:
- Select the request from the list
- Click on the icon
- If using the new look:
- Click Open
- Click Manage against the desired request
- Click Providers
- Click Invite Providers
- Search and select the desired provider(s)
- Click Add Selected Provider(s)
Once added, each selected provider will receive a notification stating that they have been invited to respond to the request.
