How to invite providers to respond to an open request

Requests published in the 360 public portal can either be:

  • Public - accessible by every company with a 360 account
  • Private - accessible by invited companies with a 360 account

If you want to encourage specific providers to respond to a public request, they can be invited after the request has been published.

Step-by-step guide

To create a Private Request:

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Request Manager
  2. From the main menu, click Requests
  3. If using the old look:
    1. Select the request from the list
    2. Click on the   icon
  4. If using the new look:
    1. Click Open
    2. Click Manage against the desired request
    3. Click Providers
  5. Click Invite Providers
  6. Search and select the desired provider(s)
  7. Click Add Selected Provider(s)

Once added, each selected provider will receive a notification stating that they have been invited to respond to the request.
