Step-by-step guide
To assess the risk for a request:
Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as an Evaluator
Follow the steps in How to evaluate a request (e.g for tender) in 360to start the evaluation process
To include the risk assessment, click on icon
Enter the Reasons for this risk assessment. This includes the description for the risk

Select at least one context of the following for What is effected?
Cost - Risk of blow-out
Contract - Risk of variation
Offer - Risk of not being fit-for-purpose
Compliance - Risk of non-adherence to the contract
Performance - Risk of delay
Select the Consequence and Likelihood from the risk matrix
Click
OKSave and Back to complete the risk assessment
At this point, you have successfully included the risk assessment for a provider response and the risk icon is changed to Svg out inline

The Risk Assessed Score is used by the VFM (value for money) algorithm to rank the each provider. For each question, the average risk assessed score is combined with the weight to compute each provider's Risk Assessed Ranking Each cell of the risk matrix has a percentage. If the selected cell is Low (10%), a Raw Score of 8 results in a Risk Assessed Score of 7.2. |
