How to share Panels with Member organisations in 360 internal portal

For Organisations with a 360 licence who have created Panel/s of Contractors that need to be made available for associated 360 Member organisations to utilise. i.e. The Member organisation would use the Panel to make an invite-only Request for a Quote.  

Step-by-step guide

To share a Panel with Member organisations; 

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as a Boss or a Panel Manager
  2. From the main menu, click Panels
  3. Click Search All
  4. Click More Details (On the Panel that you wish to share with Member organisation) 
  5. Click Panel Actions 
  6. Click Edit/Manage Panel
  7. Tick the Shared with members? box


All Member organisations will have access to the Panel that is shared.
