How to black flag a provider’s response to a Request (RFQ, RFT, RFx) in 360

In 360, Black Flagging is a way of excluding a provider’s response from the evaluation because they have failed to meet conditions for participation.

The request needs to be published and closed before you are able to black flag a provider.

Step-by-step guide

To black flag a provider's response:

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as Request Manager or Boss
  2. From the main-menu, Click Requests
  3. If using the new look:
    1. Click Closed / Awaiting Finalisation
    2. Click Manage against a desired request
    3. Click Request Dashboard (New Look)
    4. Click Providers
  4. if using the old look: 
    1. Select the existing request from the list that is published and closed
    2. Click on the   icon
  5. Click Actions against the desired provider
  6. Click Add/Remove Black Flag
    1. Choose Yes for Is Black flagged option
    2. Enter the reason for the decision in text-box
  7. Click Save

At this point, You have successfully black-flagged a provider


Providers can only be black flagged if permitted by the Evaluation plan. When Provider's Response failed to meet one or more mandatory requirements then they are Black Flagged and including them in the evaluation would be redundant.
