How to upload documents received after a request has closed

If a tender document is submitted outside of the online questionnaire, the request manager can share it with the evaluation team.

This functionality is especially helpful when receiving a Manual Tender (see related article) or if a document was not available prior to the request's closing date.

Step-by-step guide

To share extra documents with the evaluation team:

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as Request Manager
  2. From the main-menu, Click on Requests
  3. If using the new look:
    1. Click Closed / Awaiting Finalisation
    2. Click Manage against the desired request
    3. Click Request Dashboard (New Look)
    4. Click Providers
  4. If using the old look: 
    1. Select the desired request that is released and closed
    2. Click on the   icon
  5. Click on Actions menu against the desired provider
    1. Click Add Files (manually received response documents)
    2. Upload the desired file

      You can upload the files faster by simply dragging and dropping the file(s) against the desired provider

The document(s) will be shared with all evaluators - see related article.

If you wish to receive documents that apply section-based restrictions, please use the Clarification feature.
