The questionnaire is the core element in a request for a quote or a tender.
360 provides a great deal of flexibility for each item in the questionnaire, and some options are very subtle, so it is a good idea to:
- Configure the questionnaire in the sand-pit account and copy it to the production account
- Use templates
- Experiment with this Import Request spreadsheet: Common Question Configurations.xlsx
Configuration matrix
The configuration options for a question are:

Please note:
- Each item in the questionnaire is called a "question," even if it doesn't require a response from the providers
- Questions will be hidden from providers when:
- It is a hidden question (visible to evaluators only)
- It is in a hidden section (visible to evaluators only)
- It is a dependency question, and the answer to its gateway question does not trigger its visibility, or the question was withdrawn
- It is in a dependency section, and the answer to its gateway question does not trigger its visibility, or the section was withdrawn
- It is in a skipped section
