The power of 360 rests in two parts:
- The online providers' portal where providers of goods and services complete a questionnaire (tender their responses)
- The online buyers' portal where the responses are assessed, and the best offer (best value for money) is identified
The providers respond to questions - selection criteria. The request manager must identify the importance of each question - its relative weight.
Step-by-step guide
To add questions to a request:
- Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Request Manager
- From the main menu, click Requests
- If using the new look:
- Click Drafts
- Click Configure against the desired request
- Click either:
- Request Info (Old Look)
- Click on the desired section in the top menu
- Request Dashboard (New Look)
- Click Questionnaire
- Click View Questions against the desired Section
- Request Info (Old Look)
- If using the old look:
- Select the request from the list
- Click on the desired section in the top menu
- Click Add to add a question to the end of the section
- Enter the Question
Select an option for Weighted Question?
You don't have to decide the weight at this point. Enter 0 for the Relative Weight and adjust the weights later.
Specify the Scoring Options:
- Use Default: Use the default labels that are set while adding this request
Tailored for this Question: Modify the default labels and choose new labels tailored to this question
Note
if the Scoring Options are not available, a new request will need to be created with the Scoring Options option set to Labels (tailored for each question).
- Decide the configuration options such as:
- Allow response?
- Response Type
Select at least one option from the Statement List (not applicable for a table, price list or multi-response types)

- Enter any Help Tips for:
- Response
- Statements or multi-select options
- Outgoing document
Incoming document
Help tips are optional. The entered text will be displayed in a little help icon in Provider's Portal.
- Click Add
If the request does not have Section Required selected, all questions will be listed in a single section called The Evaluation.
