How to Remove a Question in a Section
In 360, a Question means a question in a request that usually needs a response before a provider can submit its tender, quote, etc.
Step-by-step guide
To remove a question:
- Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/
- From the main menu, click Requests
- If using the new look:
- Click Drafts
- Click either:
- Request Info (Old Look)
- Click on the section name in the top menu
- Select the desired question
- Request Dashboard (New Look)
- Click Questionnaire
- Click Open (in Old Look) against desired question
- Request Info (Old Look)
- If using the old look:
- Select the request from the list
- Click on the desired section in the top menu
- Select the desired question
- Click Remove Selected
- Click Yes to confirm deletion
At this point, you have successfully removed a question from a section.
Be careful when removing a question because once it's confirmed, this action can not be reversed!
