How to release (publish) a public request to the 360 public portal for anyone to respond to

Requests published in the online pubic portal can either be:

  • Public - accessible by every company with a 360 account

  • Private - accessible by invited companies with a 360 account

Public requests can also be promoted so companies can find out about the approach to market without a 360 account (ADCOM extension)

Step-by-step guide

To create a Public Request:

  1. Sign-in to https://internal.sl360.au/ as the Request Manager

  2. From the main menu, click Requests

  3. From the lhs-menu or in the request filters at the top of the page.

    1. Click Drafts

  4. Click Go to ... against the desired request

    1. Click Review (publish)

  5. Address each of the items listed - the main ones are:

    1. None of the questions are weighted

    2. Please provide supporting document(s) access fee details

    3. A section doesn't have any questions

    4. No one is selected to fill one of the roles (such as evaluators)

    5. One of the optional parts of the questionnaire (such as costs) has not been configured

    6. The request is public but its categorisation options have not been considered

    7. It is a leading request in a hierarchical request but one of the subordinate requests is not ready for publishing

    8. The approval steps have not been completed

  6. Once the

     icon is displayed, click Publish

  7. Set the Release and Closing Date and Time

  8. Choose Any Business (public) option for Available to?

  9. Click Publish

Once published, the request will be publicly available

Notes:

Businesses can be added after a request has been released.  Each business will receive a notification stating that they have been invited to respond to the request.
