How to associate a business with your organisation within the 360 internal portal

Buyers often have a list of pre-qualified providers that they use regularly for their procurement activities.  360 allows the buyer to define and manage the relationship between the two entities.

An active association allows the business to browse the buyer's public requests and the buyer to select the business for invitation-only requests.

Step-by-step guide

To create an association between a buyer and a business:

  1. Sign-in to https://internal.sl360.au/ as a System Manager (Boss) or Business List Manager

  2. From the main menu, click Business

  3. Click Search All from the lhs-menu

  4. Search for the provider by legal entity name, trading name, ABN, or email address that is not associated with your organisation

  5. Click Create Relationship against the business record

  6. Set Associated Provider to Yes

  7. Alter all or any of the information below:

    1. Preferred Provider

    2. Locations

    3. Location Presence Score

    4.  Notes

  8. Click Save

Active associations allow the buyer's organisation to appear in the business's 360's Public Organisations list.  They are also able to find the buyer's public requests when they search.
