How to view all the messages sent regarding a request in 360



360 sends messages to providers' contacts a specific points in the procurement process such as, when addenda are issued and when the request is awarded.  Each sent message is saved in the Email Log.

Step-by-step guide

To view the sent messages:

  1. Sign-in to https://360users.apetsoftware.com.au/ as the Request Manager

  2. From the main menu, click Requests

  3. If using the old look:

    1. Select the request from the list

    2. Click on the  icon

  4. If using the new look:

    1. Click Open / Pending / In Late Submission Period

    2. Click Manage against the desired request

    3. Click Request Dashboard (New Look)

    4. Click Message Log

  5. Click View against the desired message to view its details

The successful messages sent to the providers will have green tick (noting that not all errors with email can be detected) .

Email Sending Rules

Emails are sent:

  1. To users' email addresses

  2. CC'd to the provider's business email address

  3. When the relevant email template has contents

  4. When Is Draft? check-box is cleared
